Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our 7 Days return & replacement policy.

Goods once sold will not be returned or exchanged unless the product delivered by us is in a damaged condition, the wrong product was shipped, the product is in a dead condition or the product is defective.

All returns & replacements will be made in accordance with the product policies.

All returned items must be new and in unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

anrill.com will not accept any return or replacement if the product package seal is broken.

The refund or replacement process will be initiated after the day the product is delivered to the anrill tech for return or replacement. 

The company reserves the right to allow refund or replacement only after being satisfied with the analysis done in its own way.

Please make unboxing video of the delivered parcel for more convenience.

The replacement and re-delivery process of the product can take approximately 15 days. Delivery time may be extended based on product availability.

REFUND

Anrill Tech will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer if the package got damaged during the shipment. *The above mentioned points will apply.

The company may deduct certain charges, if applicable.

The refunded amount will be remitted to the customer’s original payment method or bank details provided by the customer.

The refund amount usually takes 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
